It’s non-handed and supports regular arm, top-jamb, or parallel arm mounting, with screw-in surface mount compatibility. Adjustable from size 1–6 (preset to 3), it uses the same mounting hole pattern as the LCN 4040 and 4010 models—making it a perfect replacement for existing installations. Includes a Hold Open Arm that allows the door to remain open when desired.
